Yes! Selected group stage matches as well as all playoff matches will be streamed live on our channels. In the group stage, each match has a clean feed that may be used for your own streaming. Highlight clips will be available on YouTube later.

All games are played on LAN servers provided by the tournament. The servers are configured with the standard competitive settings. No third-party anti-cheat client is required, but tournament administrators will actively watch for suspicious activity.

Gaming headset (recommended for group stage) - Gaming in-ears (required) - Your own mouse/pad/keyboard (required) - PCs, monitors, chairs, and tables are provided on site.

The event is 16+. Players aged 16-17 require written parental consent (template available on Discord). ID check at check-in is mandatory. USK 16 rules apply.

Teams must be at the venue 1 hour before their matches. With the exception of teams that have to play at 10:20, those teams must check in at 10:00 when the venue opens. Teams that do not check in on time may be disqualified.

Yes, up to 7 days before the event you can cancel your viewer ticket free of charge or transfer it to someone else. After that, only a transfer is possible. The participation fee for team slots is non-refundable, except in the event the tournament is canceled due to insufficient participants (fewer than 16 registered and paid teams). Detailed cancellation terms can be found in the shop’s T&Cs or, for team slots, in the rulebook.

Additional Information

No VRS filter and no VRS invitations. Registration is open to all teams.
• The seed list is based on the official VRS rankings published by Valve in July.
• The event is open to teams from the global region as defined in Valve's official rules and regulations.
• The entire tournament, including the group stage and single-elimination playoffs, will be played on LAN at Xperion in Hamburg.
• There will be no additional compensation for teams or players outside of the prize pool.
• Our event complies with Valve's requirements for Tier 2 rankings. While direct VRS invitations may be used for Tier 2 events, GrindersLAN will not be sending out direct invitations.
• HLTV.org will decide which stages and matches count towards VRS after we register. Ranking status cannot be guaranteed prior to confirmation.
